Q: How long does a typical damp proofing/rot job take?
A: a typical single item job (damp or rot) is usually around 2-5 days .
Q: Will the work you do be Guaranteed?
A: Yes all work done will be Guaranteed and can also offer an insurance backed damp and timber Guarantee at an additional fee.
Q:will you deal with council if permission is needed to undertake certain works?
A: we can talk with the council yes, But it is up to the owner to get any permission for works and would advise you to do so Before works have started and You may need to pay them a fee for this..
Q: How quickly can you come and price my work?
A: If you are flexible with times we may give you a price the same day, but usualy within a few days if not too busy.
Q: How much does it cost for different jobs?
A: Until we see and access the works it would only be a guesstimate.
Q: Hows best to contact you?
A: Email are good and of course mobile is fast and direct.
Q: Do I need to move furniture or dust sheet anything?
A: We do ask that you move out or at least to one side all items and for you to sheet up your items as this can be dusty work. We will sheet up our direct working areas.
Q: How much does a Quote or estimate cost ?.
A: To Home owners and Landlords our visit to quote and estimate is free
to Tenants there is a charge of £60.00 and includes a written quote.
Q: Do you supply any references of previous jobs?
A: Yes we can supply this on request.
Q: Do you need a deposit to start works.
A: Sometimes we do ask for a payment, and staged payments on larger jobs.
